Rusty Francisco

Rusty Francisco, Ph.D., RN International Deployment Consultant

One of the many Filipino nurses who were given a chance to study, work, and train in the USA for more than 25 years and one of the few who decided to return to his country, the Philippines, to share while he has learned abroad. His earnest advocacies include assisting nurses to gain employment outside the country, primarily in the United States, conducting intensive test preparation for NCLEX-CAT exams, teaching clinical updates with hands-on training, correlating and integrating the standards of care and nursing practices in the USA. The intensive and holistic program is conducted for the selected nurses before leaving the country to minimize/prevent the expected clinical trauma and cultural shock.

He has worked as an international engagement consultant for the last twenty years, which allows him to travel to many Asian countries like China, India, Singapore, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Nepal, Australia, and New Zealand. These countries also deployed nurses in the USA, Canada, KSA, UAE, and the UK. With his extensive background in deployment, he has become familiar with the licensing and credentialing procedures and knowledgeable of the Immigration processes.
